The costs of the family mediaiton, form which our rate of succes does not deny, are acquitted by the governement in the majority of the cases for the couples with children (certain exeptions and distinctions apply).<\/p>\n

As for the collaborative law, it allows you to negotiate an agreement together with your lawyer. The approach avoids the legalist aspect of a separation or a divorce and enables the parties to part in a respectfull and non adversarial way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n
